Elio
Inspired by Mexico’s rich heritage of celebratory food and gatherings, Chef Daniela Soto-Innes, Enrique Olvera and Santiago Perez bring their much anticipated contemporary Mexican restaurant Elio to Encore at Venetian Las Vegas. The sleek and seductive dining room and lounge have been designed with the same attention to detail as Elio’s impeccably sourced menu.

Dinner is served Thursday and Sunday from 6 – 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 – 11 p.m. The attire is stylish casual. Children under five are not permitted. No one under 21 years of age is allowed after 10 pm.
Cipriani
Classic glamour. Since it opened as Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy, Cipriani has expanded to New York, Hong Kong, Monte Carlo and Ibiza, and now to its first restaurant on the West Coast. Cipriani exudes timeless elegance with nautical touches, glossy walnut and chrome accents, and terrazzo floors. Look for signature classics such as the original carpaccio alla Cipriani, vanilla meringue and the iconic Bellini, invented by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. in 1948.

Lakeside
Lakeside at Venetian serves Hawaiian seafood, line-caught by family fishermen in Hana, flown to Venetian and served fresher than even restaurants in Maui. Chef David Walzog creates simple preparations to showcase them, alongside an exotic variety of oven-roasted lobster and crab and aged prime steaks. Mizumi
Star chef Min Kim unmasks the flavors of the Far East at Mizumi, with ocean fresh sushi, sashimi and modern Japanese specialties. The entire Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award-winning restaurant looks out over private Japanese gardens surrounding an idyllic koi pond with a 90-foot waterfall. Steaks are the star at Chef David Walzog’s Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award-winning SW Steakhouse. Wing Lei

Chef Enzo Febbraro grew up in his grandmother’s kitchen in Naples and has cooked all over the world, from Paris to Nice, Munich, Madrid, Milan and London. Now more than a quarter million guests come to Allegro each year to get a taste of his classics, such as lasagna Napoletana, pappardelle with wild boar ragu and creamy signature burrata. Charlie’s Bar + Grill
Named for Las Vegas “super host” Charlie Meyerson, Charlie’s Bar + Grill serves all-American crowd-pleasers with views of the sports action on multiple screens. Think elevated tailgate favorites like sky-high burgers and a massive all-beef Chicago dog and shareable appetizers like giant pretzels and loaded nachos. Chocolat
Life has gotten sweeter at Venetian Plaza Shops. Located adjacent to Rimowa and across from Urth Caffe, Chocolat showcases a dazzling array of artisanal chocolates hand crafted by Venetian’s executive pastry chef Patrice Caillot and his talented team. Choose from an assortment of bonbons, caramels, bouches, chocolate barks and lollipops made using only premium ingredients. A curated selection of candy bars, marshmallows and chocolates from America’s premier boutique chocolatiers are also available.
Advance orders for celebration cakes are also accepted at Chocolat. Our pastry chefs will lend their crowning sweet touch to any birthday, anniversary or occasion.
Chocolat debuts on July 31 and will be open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Goodies On Demand
Stop in to this café just steps away from Encore registration, which combines the goodness of artisanal dishes with the convenience of a quick-serve café. Order from a diverse menu of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner items, handcrafted coffee drinks and more. Parasol Down
Ride the spiraling escalator to Parasol Down from its sister lounge, Parasol Up, through suspended multicolored parasols, and you’ll see the 40-foot waterfall rushing down a pine-topped mountain over the dazzling Lake of Dreams.
